Dis-4Change
Studies on Climate Change and Environmental Discourse
Dis-4Change: Studies on Climate Change and Environmental Discourse is an Interuniversity Research Centre which promotes research and public engagement on climate change and environmental discourse.
It provides a collaborative space for researchers who investigate how climate change and the environment are communicated, narrated, and socially constructed to identify its linguistic, discursive, narrative and multimodal strategies in dialogue with related studies in the humanities and social sciences.
It advances research and public engagement projects on the communication of climate change and the environment based on the fundamental assumption that the expression and representation of climate and environmental phenomena reflect how they are valued by society and may influence habits and attitudes towards the environment.
